Campus Nova – Where the future ignites
Discover our upcoming project Campus Nova in Lund with modern, space-efficient student housing in the heart of the future district, Brunnshög.
Available Apartments
Housing that promotes well-being and community
We know what today’s students are looking for – their own accommodation with kitchen and bathroom, at a reasonable rent. That’s why we offer space-efficient and well-thought-out student housing, often with smart solutions like built-in furniture and good storage. Despite the compact space, the apartments feel functional and homely.
Good student housing is about more than just the apartment itself. Safety and community are just as important – especially as a new student in town. That’s why we focus on common areas that make it easy to socialize and meet new people. This can include lounges, shared kitchens, fitness facilities, or other social spaces.

Common questions about the construction process
Here you can find answers to some of the most common questions about our projects and the construction process.
During the planning phase, the project is thoroughly prepared. This means that sketches and building permits are developed, while drawings, timelines, and necessary permits are worked out. The municipality then reviews these documents and conducts a thorough examination before deciding on the start of construction. This ensures that all parts of the project meet both legal requirements and local guidelines before the actual construction process can begin.
During groundwork, the area is prepared through excavation and laying of pipes. Then the foundation of the building begins. During this phase, there may be construction traffic and some noise in the area, but this is only temporary and is part of the process when preparing the ground for upcoming construction.
When the building is sealed, meaning exterior walls and roof are installed, work begins on installing all important systems such as electricity, water, ventilation, and heating in homes and common areas. At the same time, walls, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms are completed, which means that the homes get their final design and function. Most of this work takes place indoors, which means that the construction process can continue regardless of weather conditions outside.
During the construction phase, the building’s frame and facade are erected. Roof, windows, and exterior walls are gradually installed, which means that the building takes shape step by step and becomes a visible feature in the area.
In the final stage of the construction process, a final inspection is carried out where an inspector carefully examines that the construction project maintains the right quality and meets all legal requirements. After this, any minor adjustments are made and a thorough final cleaning is performed to make the homes ready for move-in.
When the construction project is completed, tenants begin moving in. At the same time, the outdoor environment is completed, where courtyards, plantings, and walkways are established and finished. Since these works depend on the season, some parts may need to be completed at a later date, depending on when the house is finished.
Normal working hours are between 07:00 and 19:00. We follow the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency’s guidelines for noise levels.
