We now offer 208 newly built student apartments in Karlstad ranging from 1 room with kitchen to 3 rooms with kitchen, sized 21-46 square meters. The area features outdoor social spaces including an outdoor gym and volleyball court. There are shared laundry facilities, recycling station, and bicycle and car parking available.
Here you’ll live in a scenic area next to the university with quick and easy access to everything central Karlstad has to offer. The student apartments are located in two blocks with varied buildings and pleasant outdoor environments. Each block consists of four apartment buildings, ranging from four to six floors.
For the fall semester 2023, phase two will have preliminary move-in of 211 student housing units.
