The campus name

Campus Star – every student is a star

The name Campus Star is inspired by the idea that every student is a star with the potential to shine bright. Here, future rising stars gather under the same roof, in a campus that’s not just about studying, but also about community, laughter, and life between lectures.

A place where everyday life gets a little more sparkle and where you as a student are the protagonist in your own story.

The location

With its attractive location in Spånga, close to services, green areas, public transportation, and cycling distance to several universities, the student housing at Nekvägen/Bromstensvägen is a welcome addition to Stockholm’s range of modern and affordable student accommodations.

Stockholm is one of Europe’s most dynamic student cities, and the investment in Spånga aligns perfectly with the city’s ambition to offer more young people and students access to quality housing. The completed project helps meet the high demand for student housing in a growing and knowledge-intensive metropolitan region.

Sustainability

Smart and sustainable living for students

Campus Star has been developed with a strong focus on both social values and sustainability. The buildings are equipped with solar panels, heat pumps, and smart control systems to minimize energy consumption.

We strive for our construction projects to be energy-efficient and built with sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. Many properties are equipped with solar panels and charging stations for electric cars. By creating safe and inclusive environments where we offer common spaces for activities, we strengthen the community and contribute to both social and environmental sustainability. Our areas are designed to counteract loneliness and promote mental well-being, where you as a tenant have access to many activities and meeting places.
