Campus Artisten
The project began in 2021 and was completed by autumn 2022. The development consists of four separate apartment buildings, with four to six floors.
There are a total of 208 smaller student apartments, ranging from space-efficient studios with kitchens of 21-26 sq m to two-room apartments of 33-35 sq m and three-room apartments of 46 sq m. The total living area is 5,570 sq m.
The apartments are equipped with storage, kitchens with combined fridge and freezer, stove with oven, and sink. The hallway has good hanging options and storage. All apartments have either a Juliet balcony/balcony or patio for ground floor apartments.

Sustainable buildings with a focus on social values
Campus Artisten has been developed with a strong focus on both social values and sustainability. The buildings are certified according to Green Building and are equipped with solar panels, heat pumps, and smart control to minimize energy consumption.
We strive for our construction projects to be energy-efficient and built with sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. Many properties are equipped with solar panels and charging stations for electric cars. By creating safe and inclusive environments where we offer common spaces for activities, we strengthen the community and contribute to both social and environmental sustainability. Our areas are designed to counteract loneliness and promote mental well-being, where you as a tenant have access to many activities and meeting places.
This project has been granted investment support and is financed by the European Union through Next Generation EU. The support enables important investments in sustainable development of student housing, contributing to a greener, more resilient, and future-proof social development.
