YOUTH HOUSING
For those who are between 18 and 27 years old at the time of application and are employed.
At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1 room with kitchenette (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.
Good to know:
Campaign: If you sign a lease for an apartment with a move-in date of February 1, February rent is free! Valid from January 15, 2026.
Campaign: If you sign a lease for an apartment with a move-in date of March 1, you will receive 50% off your first month’s rent. Valid from January 15, 2026.
An additional fee of SEK 176/month applies for a bed mattress in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday on odd-numbered weeks at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm). The meeting point is outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. No viewings are held on public holidays.
The hallway/room features built-in storage.
The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
The bathroom includes a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for a monthly fee.
The rent includes heating, cold water, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
Access to study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens is included in the rent.

The rent is stated at 2025 levels and will be adjusted for 2026.
