Good to know:

  • The apartment is furnished according to the Inventory description below. There is a wardrobe in the hall for storage.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • The rent includes heating, cold and hot water consumption and Internet (250/250).
  • The tenant needs to take out their own electricity subscription.

Welcome to Campus Luna! Our newly built apartments are just a 10-minute bike ride from Luleå University of Technology, where you live in the middle of student life but still close to nature. In the immediate area you will find everything you need, grocery stores, restaurants such as Green Thai Kitchen and Alcatraz, the StiL Sportcenter gym and beautiful exercise trails and recreation areas. With good bus connections, you can get to central Luleå in about 15 minutes.

The building has shared laundry rooms, a sauna, an elevator/platform lift, an environmental station, a bicycle rack and car parking. Everything for an easy and wonderful student life!
