At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room units of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room units of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

A fee of 176 SEK/month is added to the rent for a dishwasher in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday on odd weeks at 16:30 in our 16 sqm show apartment. Please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend.
Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher can be added for an additional monthly cost.
Heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps) are included in the rent.
Electricity and hot water consumption are billed to the tenant according to actual usage.
Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
