At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1 room and kitchen (16 sqm) to spacious 2 rooms and kitchen (50 sqm). All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Youth housing: For applicants who are between 18–27 years old and employed at the time of application.
  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with move-in in March, the month of March is rent-free. Valid from February 27, 2026.
  • A fee of SEK 182/month applies for the bed mattress in the apartment. This fee is included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday on odd weeks at 4:30 PM, or by appointment in our show apartment (16 sqm). Meeting point is outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons such as microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for a monthly fee.
  • Rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250).
  • Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
