At Campus Star we offer newly produced, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments from 1 Rok of 16 sqm to spacious 2 Rok of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for a home with move-in date in February, the month of February is rent-free! Valid from 15 January 2026.
  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for a home with move-in date 1 March, you will receive a 50% discount on your first month’s rent. Valid from 15 January 2026
  • Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday in odd weeks at 4.30 pm in our display home (16 sqm). Meeting takes place outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to participate. Viewings do not take place on holidays.
  • In the hall there is built-in storage available in the hall/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • The possibility of extras such as microwave, washing machine and mattress can be added for a monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption and internet (250/250).
  • Study room, gym, cinema room and bookable kitchen are included in the rent.
