At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

A fee of 276 SEK/month is added on top of the rent for a microwave and washing machine in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.

Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday on odd weeks at 16:30 in our show apartment (16 sqm). Please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to participate.

The hallway includes built-in storage in the hall/room.

Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.

Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.

Optional extras, such as microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, can be added for a monthly fee.

Rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).

Electricity and hot water consumption are billed to the tenant based on actual usage.

Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.

The rent is stated at the 2025 level and will be adjusted for 2026.
