At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1 room and kitchen (16 sqm) to spacious 2 rooms and kitchen (50 sqm). All apartments feature a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Kampanj: Om du tecknar ett avtal på en bostad med inflyttning 1 april, är april månad hyresfri! Gäller från 12 februari 2026.
  • A fee of 182 SEK/month applies in addition to the monthly rent for a mattress in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
  • Open house viewings are held every other Wednesday (odd-numbered weeks) at 4:30 PM in our 16 sqm show apartment, or by appointment. We meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms include a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • Rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on individual usage.
  • Access to study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens is included in the rent.
