At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room apartments (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Youth housing: For applicants who are between 18–27 years old at the time of application and are employed.
  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date of April 1, the rent for April will be free. Valid from February 12, 2026
  • A fee of SEK 182 /month is added to the monthly rent for a mattress in the apartment. This cost is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday (odd-numbered weeks) at 4:30 PM, or by appointment, in our 16 sqm viewing apartment. We meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. • Please note that viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • The hallway includes built-in storage.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly cost.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on individual metering.
  • Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable kitchens is included in the rent.
