Here’s how to do it step-by-step<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download the resident app from Google Play or the App Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. When you first open the app, you’ll be greeted by Avy’s general start page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Log in with BankID. If you don’t have access to Mobile BankID, you can log in with an SMS code or Email code. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Register using your email address and phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Accept Avy’s terms of use and privacy policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The installation is complete \u2013 now you can pay your rent with a simple click! If you currently pay your rent\/fee by direct debit, you can use the resident app instead. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

    In the resident app, you’ll receive your rent invoices and can quickly and easily pay them directly in the app. You’ll also be able to submit fault reports, upgrade your apartment’s equipment in specific locations, take out home insurance or access other information and services from SBS, and much more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
