It&#8217;s especially important in these places that everyone respects and follows our guidelines to make living as pleasant as possible and to avoid poor indoor environments and fire hazards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>It sure gets nicer if we<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inform neighbors if we plan to have a party, for example with a friendly note in the corridor\/stairwell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get a good night&#8217;s sleep &#8211; be extra quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If you experience any disturbances, contact our disturbance hotline at 010-470 53 65. If you suspect a crime, always contact 112.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid unwanted smoke smell and enjoy better health. Therefore, smoking is prohibited in all apartments, in and around the property, and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speaking of desired smells &#8211; do not store garbage in the stairwell or common areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;In case of emergency&#8221; if an accident occurs, it&#8217;s important for emergency personnel to have access. Therefore, do not store anything in walkways, stairwells, or common areas. Also, do not use fire doors\/emergency exits.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grilled food is delicious, but it&#8217;s not allowed to light fires, candles, torches, grill, or similar on walkways or closer than 4 meters from the buildings.
