At Campus Star we offer newly produced, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments from 1 Rok of 16 sqm to spacious 2 Rok of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Youth housing: For those who are between 18-27 years old and working at the time of application.
  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for a home with move-in on February 1, the month of February is rent-free! Valid from January 15, 2026.
  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for a home with move-in on March 1, you will receive a 50% discount on your first month’s rent. Valid from January 15, 2026.
  • A fee of SEK 176/month is added in addition to the monthly rent for a bed mattress in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday of odd weeks at 16.30 in our viewing apartment (16 sq m). Meeting takes place outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to participate. Viewing does not take place during holidays.
  • In the hall there is built-in storage available in the hall/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with sink, mirror cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • The possibility of extras such as microwave, washing machine and mattress can be added for a monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption and internet (250/250).
  • Study room, gym, cinema room and bookable kitchen are included in the rent.
