Improved living experience

At SBS, we always want to make it easier for you and in your everyday life. We have therefore gathered all information and services connected to your accommodation in one simple app. In the app, you can for example see all your rental notices as well as easily pay for them directly in the app. You will also be able to submit faulty reports, upgrade to customised housing subscriptions, take out home insurance or receive information and other services from SBS – and much more.

How do I download the app?


Search for “Boendeappen Avy” in the Google play/App store or scan the QR-code with the camera on your mobile phone to download the app today!

Step by step on how to use the app:

  1. Download the ‘Boendeapp’ in the Google Play or App store.
  2. When you open the app for the first time, you will be greeted by Avy’s general homepage.
  3. Click on ‘Log in with BankID’. If you do not have access to Mobile BankID, you can log in with an SMS code or E-mail code.
  4. Register using email address and phone number.
  5. Accept Avy’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  6. The installation is now complete – you are now able to pay the rent with just a simple click! If you pay your rent/fee today by ‘Autogiro’ (direct debit), you can now pay with the housing app instead.

Remember that you need a smartphone to download the app. If more people are listed on the contract for the apartment, everyone can log into the app. Only residents of SBS have access to the app.
