Insider trading

On July 3 2016, the Regulation (596/2014/EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (MAR) entered into force and became directly applicable in Swedish law. This means that from that date, The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) provides information on transactions carried out by Studentbostäder i Norden’s insiders and their affiliates.
