Studentbostäder i Norden's strategy is mainly to develop and acquire cost effective student housings in Swedish cities with universities. The housings are built with our own competence within design, customer organization and procured construction contracts. The ongoing management is either led and run by our own management organization, or outsourced to smaller, local establishments.
Our acquisition strategy is based on the volumes of existing areas to receive the most effective management clusters as possible. A big potential lies in other university areas, where acquisition is possible when opportunity is given. It may occur acquisition of available property division, projects or building rights. With the Company’s internal management organization it creates the possibility of fast acquisitions in large parts of the country. Smaller units are possible with outsourced technical management.
